We chose this property for its advertised amenities, but our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, the pool was green and unusable for two days, and the hot tub was not heated during that time. The grill was also not delivered until two days into our stay. In addition, there was no working Wi-Fi for the first two days, and we were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot it ourselves, despite the provided password not matching the router.Cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There was visible mold in the bathrooms, cobwebs on ceiling fixtures, and dust throughout the home. Several kitchen lights did not work. The furniture was in poor condition—only one barstool was usable, while others were broken and stored in the garage. The couch was damaged, and some beds were uncomfortable due to worn-out memory foam.The advertised games were broken or missing pieces. Outside, the deck and chairs were dirty and heavily weathered, with some feeling unsafe. We reached out multiple times but received little resolution. Overall, we paid for a full week but could only fully use the property for about five days.
