Access to Windsor Island Resort: 

* This resort is very strict on the amount of vehicles allowed per reservation. This property is allowed a maximum 4 vehicles, no exceptions.

* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).

* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA



Resort Parking Rules: The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars (including visitors) Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
