The Space:

Sunlight streams through the windows as you step inside, inviting you to settle into a spacious rhythm of togetherness. Mornings drift by with coffee on the patio and plans for the day’s adventures, while evenings unwind over a grill‑scented dinner and the gentle ripple of the private pool. The home feels like a private resort, offering room for both lively gatherings and quiet moments.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms across two floors provide flexible space for families and groups. Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom and a full bathroom, while the upper level holds four additional bedrooms and three more baths. With seven beds in total, the layout comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests, giving each party its own nook while keeping the whole group within easy reach.



Living space & amenities

The central living area is arranged for conversation, movie nights, or a quick pause between outings, with ample seating, air‑conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi and a flat‑screen TV. A full kitchen and adjoining dining table let you prepare and share meals at your own pace, from quick breakfasts to relaxed family feasts.



Outdoor living

Step out to a private pool just beyond the back door, perfect for cooling off on warm Florida afternoons or relaxing after a day at the parks. An optional heater can warm the water if you prefer. The patio features a BBQ grill and comfortable seating, creating an easy spot for al fresco dining or evening chats under the stars.



Resort amenities

Beyond your own pool, the Windsor at Westside community offers a shared pool, lazy river, water slides, splash area, hot tub, gym and a clubhouse with arcade games, bar and lounge. Sports courts and picnic areas add extra ways to stay active or unwind without leaving the grounds.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
