The Space:

This beautiful Sunlit Abode has 5 bedroom/4 bath, located within the exclusive Champions Gate Golf Resort, is a new townhome tastefully designed and decorated with themed bedrooms, and a private splash pool. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. We pride ourselves in having impeccably clean homes.

The space

As you step into this newly built corner townhome, you are invited to an open sunlit floor plan with hues of blue and furnished with a comfortable leather sectional and accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures.



A private screened-in patio with a four-seat table and two sun loungers and splash pool is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation.



You will also find 2 bedrooms on the main floor one is a king en-suite and the other is a Mickey Mouse themed room with 2 twin beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs.



On the second floor, you can find the additional three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds,

Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

•We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (PUBLIX - 1.3 Miles)



HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



TRASH COLLECTION:

Please put all trash in bags and place in bin at front of the house for daily pickup.



PACKAGES AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver packages in the resort.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

*Cost: $45 per day.

*Must be purchased for entire stay

*Temperature will not exceed 90F for the pool.

*Must be requested 48h in advance.

*Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather (below 50 degrees). If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
