Welcome to Formosa Lake House – a sophisticated 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with oversized pool and spa plus air-conditioned games room situated on a peaceful lakefront. Located in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens, the home provides a delightful setting for your Florida vacation.

The living room is located at the rear of the home with views to the lake. There is comfortable sofa seating and large TV for relaxing together. Cable TV and high speed wifi is included. There is a further living area at the front of the home ensuring plenty of space to spread out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. As well as breakfast bar seating, there is a table and chairs for morning bites. A bright dining area also provides space to enjoy a full family meal. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shaded area?

Leading outside, the enormous pool deck stretches the width of the home and offers plenty of space to play. The deck faces south-west for those long afternoons enjoying the Florida outdoors right up to sunset. The large freeform pool overlooks the lake and also boasts a hot tub. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The home has two master suites - the first master bedroom is located downstairs and offers a luxurious king size bed, office area and spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a second master suite with kingsize bed, living area and ensuite bathroom. There are two twin rooms perfect for the children, which share a bathroom inbetween. A further queen bedroom in also located downstairs with an adjacent bathroom that can be accessed from the pool deck.

The garage has been converted to a games room with extra living space that is air-conditioned. There is plenty of fun to be had with the pool table and foosball.

Formosa Gardens is located less than 2 miles away from Disney, yet the resort offers a peaceful retreat and a luxurious stay in Orlando. The premium gated community is beautifully maintained and a safe gated environment. All of the main shopping and dining options are only a short drive away.
