The Space:

Welcome to your Windsor Cay retreat – a five-bedroom, four-bathroom pool home with high-speed Wi-Fi that sleeps 12.



SLEEPING: two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two magical themed bunk rooms the kids will never want to leave – three full beds and a twin between them. Four full bathrooms mean no morning lines.

LIVING: downstairs, an open-concept living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for the whole crew. TVs throughout and a washer and dryer in the unit.

OUTDOORS: your own private pool, steps from the living room (pool heating available for an extra fee).

RESORT: Windsor Cay is a gated resort community with a clubhouse, resort pool and family amenities for guests (see resort access notes).



LOCATION: Clermont / Four Corners, a short drive to Walt Disney World and the shops and restaurants along US-192 and Highway 27.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire townhouse to yourselves, including the private pool, plus access to Windsor Cay Resort's community amenities. Self check-in with a keyless door code (sent before arrival). Free parking in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Cay is a gated resort community in the Four Corners area of Clermont, minutes from Walt Disney World and an easy drive to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and Orlando's famous outlet shopping. Grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies are just outside the resort on US-27 and US-192.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 45 minutes away, and the Disney parks are a short drive from the resort. Free driveway parking at the townhouse, and rideshares are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



CHECK-IN: Full check-in details, including your door code, are sent before arrival.



THEMED ROOMS: The themed bedrooms feature hand-crafted decor – we kindly ask that you treat them with care so every family can enjoy the magic.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
