Die Kinder werden das Schlafzimmer im Winter-Stil bewundern, das mit einem eisigen, schneebedeckten Bettrahmen und angrenzenden lebensgroßen Eisköniginnen ausgestattet ist. Nur den Flur hinunter wird das Superhelden-Schlafzimmer Ihre kleinen Superhelden befriedigen, die die Schlafenszeit nicht einschränken werden, sobald sie eine Ladung ihrer beeindruckenden neuen Mitbewohner und der umliegenden filmischen Wandkunst erhalten.

Der Spaß geht im ganzen Haus weiter, angefangen beim privaten Heimkino im Erdgeschoss mit 10 bequemen Ledersesseln, LED-Beleuchtung, High-End-Projektor und Soundsystemen sowie einer riesigen Projektionswand. Nach dem Filmabend können Sie im Spielzimmer / Loft mit Karaoke-System, einem Mini-Klettergerüst für die Kleinen und einem Loungebereich mit einem Smart-TV schwingen. Spring Break 2024

The Villa was beautiful and as depicted except for a couple of things. The Connect Four game as missing and was not provided during our stay. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and we had to call to report the issue rather than management being proactive to fix it prior to our arrival. This was not fixed until 2 days before we left. The sound speakers in the theatre were very poor quality and we could not use it. This was very disappointing as I had made my decision to stay here based on the theatre. The sofas in the living room were not very comfortable but we made it work. The bedrooms were nice and the kids enjoyed the specialty rooms. While we enjoyed the stay overall, there were enough disappointments that we are not likely to book again, especially at such a high price.

Amazing Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at the Icy Oasis Villa. We had 3 three year olds and a 7 year old plus 7 adults. The villa had something for everyone! We all really enjoyed all of the arcade games, table tennis, wall scrabble, home theatre and the pool and hot tub! The mattresses are super comfortable. We all slept like babies. Lots of room for everyone. The customer service team a Villatel are very responsive and touch base with you throughout your stay to ensure you are happy. The facilities at the resort are also amazing! Great food at the restaurant also. Such a great family vacation. Highly recommend!

Fantastic House

House was just as described and was perfect for our big family! There was one game in the game room that was out of order but the kids still had a great time in there! The home was really beautifully decorated and had plenty of seating for everyone. Upon arrival there was an ant issue in one of the bathrooms upstairs but didn’t really effect the stay any. We were at the parks most days so didn’t spend tons of time in the house but it was a great comfortable place to come back to at night! Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great house for family getaway

Overall, everything was great. Property manager very responsive. Amenities were perfect for 3 generations. House showed a little wear and tear, but nothing major. Surfaces were very clean but could use a deep clean in crevasses between bunks, under kitchen cabinets, shower drains, etc.

Great stay in a beautiful home

The house was just as represented in the pictures, and was immaculate. The property manager, Villatel, was excellent. We had a few little problems (lights burned out, remote not working, that kind of thing), and they responded promptly and thoroughly. (Their handyman was awesome!) The house is just a couple of blocks from the clubhouse, main pool, and playground/splashpad, which were all lovely. The restaurant in the clubhouse served excellent food. We enjoyed our stay at this house so much we want to go back next year!

Great place but had some issues.

The house itself is excellent for children but we personally have issues with a few things. First, our refrigerator did not work. This is a big problem with 5 small children. I was in contact with the property owner for days, we had a tech out to look at it and they agreed it was broken. We asked for a cooler and they sent us a chest freezer. This was great but not going to help with the kid's milk and things. The game room was great, but the racing game would turn on and off and then eventually stoped working entirely. There was a PlayStation but only one of the controllers worked. The other issue was the pool cleaning. The cleaners came 2 or so times during our visit to clean and shock the pool, after which they told us not to use the pool for 24 hours. This doesn't work well with 5 small kids who want to swim all day. This place to me is set up as a premium rental but it's defiantly lacking in some areas in my opinion.

Perfect for our yearly family gathering.

Instead of Christmas gifts we choose a getaway location that will both accommodate and entertain our family. We all agree that this location was one for the records! No need to go to theme parks. The house itself is a theme park with the kids’ rooms and game room and pool and games and space and classy decor etc. lots of “and”s, I know, but it was extra special. The movie theatre was the icing on the cake. Absolutely incredible!

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our large family get together for our Disney trip!! There was plenty of room, the bedrooms were situated where each family had their own space, and the children had a fantastic time with the home theater and game room. We will definitely come back in the future!!

Very Nice property but would not call it Luxury.

Overall this was a very nice property. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us that traveled. The 10 of us never felt like we were on top of each other. Great location to Disney and Universal. The issues I have are that we paid for pool heat but were not informed that the heat is only on from 8am to 8pm. I called and got the issue resolved just would have been nice to be informed of that before. My other major issue is that there were a lot of little things wrong with the house. Arcade games that did not work, burn hole in the couch of the movie room, long hairs left on multiple pillowcases. The drain in the one jack and jill showers had not been cleaned under. Overall there were just a lot of little maintenance things that needed to be done. The home also featured inconveniences with multiple remotes for the TV's. The light switches and remotes for the upstairs bedrooms turned multiple rooms lights on and off. The home is very nice I just feel that describing it as a High-End villa is not accurate. The issues I had were handled but I should not have had to take time out of my vacation to address them.

House was amazing, clean and had everything one would need. Close to Disney to drive back to take a break. The only suggestion is in the showers there should be a place to put shampoo and soap but that is minor. Would rent again in a minute. Customer service was excellent

NOT World Class Luxury as billed...TERRIBLE

This property is advertised as World Class Luxury with over the top amenities. We arrived to a house that smelled of smoke throughout, especially the theatre room. My daughter had to get medication to stay as the smell was so bad. Also, there was dog hair about and it is billed as "NO SMOKING AND NO PETS." When we arrived we had to ask for bedding as this was not provided. There were cigarette burns on the couch on the lanai and on the carpeted stairs going upstairs as well as a plastic table burn on the lanai. The foosball table had no ball and I had to request one only then to find that one of the men on the game just spun around making this game useless. The connect four game had only 5 discs of one color making that useless as was the bowling (skeeball) game upstairs that didn't work throughout our stay. We had paid extra for a grill and that was not there. I called every day for four days until one finally arrived. Our eating plans had to be totally altered as we had planned on it being there. The couch had a back that was broken and sagging and we had to make sure the kids stayed away from it as we wanted to insure we didn't get charged for it. The resort pool was so cold none of us could swim there for the first two days. When we arrived, two toilet paper holders were broken off the wall and were sitting on the floor as was a towel holder. There was garbage strewn around the front door that stayed there for four days until I finally picked it up. A window on the lanai had the aluminum frame bent on the top and the bottom so bad it looked like there had been a fight there. I contacted the owner and he refused to compensate us at all as this was totally not as advertised. I paid a ton of money for a place that was torn up and run down our 11 days. He agreed with all of our issues saying "you're right this was not world class luxury" but continued to refuse to make the charges appropriate for what we got. We were reimbursed for the grill and a cleaning fee that didn't come close to what we should have been reimbursed. The owner, Amil, had an attitude of I don't care, I've got your money! WILL NEVER STAY AT VILLATEL AGAIN!!! I'm outraged....

The property was Ahmazing!!! My family and especially our grans enjoyed themselves!!

No problems renting this property and I was always in contact with Jennifer and she was always very helpful. I made a payment to use the grill but never did. I located the grill on Wednesday never thought it would be there but wanted to know if I could be refunded for it. Thank you

Very nice group stay

Beautiful house in the Solara resort area. We picked this house since the adults preferred what the resort clubhouse offers. We had a great time in this home and will definitely be rebooking again.

We barely left the house! :)

My fiance and I could of just stayed inside the house the entire vacation and would of been thrilled! There are enough utensils, glassware, plates and other electronics such as blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and etc.Very clean and nice.
