Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
* There may be ongoing construction nearby, as Windsor Cay Resort is a newly developed community. While we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay, occasional construction noise, or unavailable amenities may occur depending on your reservation dates.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire townhome, including the private pool and spacious outdoor patio. The home features five beautifully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and convenient in-home amenities like a washer and dryer.
As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to all the exclusive Windsor Cay Resort amenities, including the resort-style water park, splash pad, fitness center, and clubhouse. The resort offers additional perks like a playground, sports courts, and picnic areas, providing plenty of entertainment options for everyone.
All areas of the property are available for your private use, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gated community access and on-site parking are included for your convenience.

Our rental is conveniently situated close to Orlando's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World is just a short drive away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular destinations are also within easy reach.
For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.
The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
