The Space:

Welcome to your home base for an Orlando vacation! This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath corner townhome combines a comfortable family-friendly layout with a fantastic location inside Emerald Island Resort. You can walk to the community pool, step across the street to explore the nature trail, or simply relax outside and enjoy the quieter side of the resort.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining space and living room all flow together. It’s an easy place for everyone to reconnect after a day at the parks—settle in for a movie on the large wall-mounted Smart TV, gather around the table for dinner or start planning tomorrow’s adventure.



Just outside is a small patio with two Adirondack chairs overlooking the surrounding nature, giving you a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a little downtime.



The first king suite is conveniently located downstairs and features a custom accent wall and a spacious private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. You’ll also find a half bathroom and laundry area on the first floor.



Upstairs, the kids get some fun spaces of their own. The Mickey bedroom features two twin beds, while the Star Wars bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, giving families plenty of flexibility with sleeping arrangements. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located at the top of the stairs.



The second king suite is also upstairs and features another custom accent wall along with its own private bathroom with a tub and separate shower.

**Emerald Island Resort**

Walt Disney World is less than 5 miles away, with shopping, dining, movie theaters and plenty of other entertainment nearby. Island H2O Water Park is also just up the road, and EPIC Florida Rentals guests have access to discounted Island H2O tickets. Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and other Central Florida attractions are an easy drive away.
