Newly Listed!!! ****DISNEY - Arendelle**** Do you need to disconnect from the daily grind and just plug into the people you love the most? Our family welcomes you to our newly, remodeled "Arendelle " home. In our home, you'll find a Frozen Dining room and 3 Disney-Spirited bedrooms to make sure to elevate your experience and bring the magic for the whole family.

We have a lake view, and are literally steps from the entrance of the waterpark/resort pooll which is one of the most desirable locations in the resort. So convenient especially if you have kids!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double, Olympic-sized, zero-enty, heated pool which features a large hot tub on the main pool deck. Adjacent to the pool is a new water park/splash pad that also features both dual, 3-story water racing slides and an area with smaller slides for the younger ones. In the pool area, Windsor Hills hosts live music, DJ’s, and fun, competitive games and activities for all ages.

Throughout the resort, you'll find basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a fully-equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free, guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, arcade, and two playgrounds. Windsor Hills is one of the closest, short-term rental areas to Disney. Two right turns and two miles after exiting our resort, and you are driving under the "Welcome to Walt Disney World" sign. Depending on the park visited, driving time is 7-12 minutes.

Our "Arendelle" home has offers newer appliances, furniture, and decor to bring the Disney magic to your vacation home.

Arendelle will sleep up to 6 guests with a maximum of 7 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), stroller and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also furnish beach towels for use at the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, flat surface stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include programmable coffee maker (both K-cup and pot-syle), toaster, crock pot, and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, flatware, glassware (including wine glasses), and kitchen linens.

The perfect family stay

We had an amazing stay here with our 3 kids. The condo is spacious and clean and in a great location - super close to the pool and the porch faces the lake which was perfect. Gino and Bobbie were great hosts, very responsive to messages and super helpful.

Excellent stay

This condo is top-notch. Furniture and appliances seem new. Everything you need for cooking, including an air fryer. Excellent location, very short walk to the pool. The internet was great and I was able to work from the condo. The host was excellent and even sent chocolates for Valentine’s Day.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy

we had the pleasure of staying here long term (5 weeks) and got to enjoy all of the amenities. The whole family loved walking a few short steps to the pool and water slides and the kids especially enjoyed the crafts and activities every day. 10/10

CLEAN & GREAT LOCATION

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located near the pool. Gino and bobbie were very accommodating, helpful and stayed in constant contact. The unit was less then 15 mins to Disney, and there is a Walmart about 5 mins away. There are also many dinning options nearby. The only negative experience we had was checking in with security. The guards on duty that afternoon seemed irritated and unfriendly. I'm not sure what they were dealing with prior to our arrival, but instead of entering a calm enviornment, it left us feeling very tense the first day. Aside from that one experience all other resort staff were very friendly, including other security guards during the week. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.

Close to Disney

This property is located in the wonderful community of Windsor Hills. It’s only about 10-15 minutes to most Disney parks. The theming of the rooms was really cute! Location inside Windsor Hills was excellent; just steps away from the pool (literally a 2 minute walk) AND it’s on the first floor, which is great with kids, strollers, etc. We had a slight issue with checking in, but luckily it was resolved quickly. Overall, great place to stay!

Spring Break Success!

Stayed here 10 days over spring break. First floor condo really close to the pool. Owners were absolutely fantastic. Had one issue that was resolved immediately, and all of our questions were answered promptly. Condo worked great for our family of 6. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hope to be back one day!

Wonderful

We were in Florida to watch college baseball and the team was staying in Windsor Hills. The condo was perfect for us, and it had an additional two bedrooms we did not use, so also would be great for more people. We loved being on the first floor for convenience. We were close enough to the water park to hear the music while sitting on the patio which we enjoyed. The view looking at the lake was nice. The kitchen has new appliances and seemed to be well supplied for cooking (we did not cook). Check in was super easy and directions for accessing the property were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot for our family

Perfect spot What a great rental space! This main floor unit was within seconds from the back entrance gate to the pool and club house. Pool was heated to mid 80’s which was great as outdoor temperatures during our stay was 70-80’s most days. Neatly decorated, new appliances and great mattresses made our stay stress free and comfortable. Proximity to the Disney theme parks was the closest of any rental we’ve had in years past, a couple miles from the entrance road. The owners were quick to respond to questions and nice to deal with. We’ll be booking here again next trip!
