The whole property is private for guests. The whole community of Windsor at Westside is free for all guests (including game room, gym, water park, lazy river, spa....)
An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly. Also, you can buy all Orlando/Kissimmee park tickets and book a taxi or Uber at the clubhouse.

Option A:
* Take I-4 to Exit 55 - US 27 North
* Head North on US 27 for approximately 7 miles
* Turn Right on Florance Villa Grove Road
* Turn Right on Westside Road
* Turn Left on Goodman Road
* Windsor at Westside Vacation Homes will be located on the Right
Option B:
* Take I-4 to Exit 64 - US 192 West
* Head West on US 192 for approximately 7 miles
* Turn Left onto Westside Road for approximately 27 miles
* Turn Left on Goodman Road
* Windsor at Westside Vacation Homes will be located on the Right located on the Right
Other Things to Note:
Windsor at Westside does have a strict parking policy. You will need your confirmation to be given access inside the community.
Each home will be assigned a maximum vehicle limit, based on the number of bedrooms:
4–5 bedroom homes – Maximum of 3 vehicles
6–7 bedroom homes – Maximum of 4 vehicles
8–9 bedroom homes – Maximum of 5 vehicles
Once the limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed entry and must be parked off-site.
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.
8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
9.This will be a self-catering house.
