HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
CLUBHOUSE
• Amenities: Guests have free access to the following facilities: pool and Fitness center.
• Operating hours: Pool is open from 8am-9pm daily. Fitness center is open 24 hours currently.
• Reservations: No advance reservations are required for using the clubhouse amenities, except for the lobby area which can be reserved for gatherings. Guests must contact directly to complete an application before discussing pricing. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• Access: Guests will receive access codes for the gate entrance. Front left door of clubhouse leading to mailroom, bathrooms and fitness center the access code is 0413, Fitness center door code is 9072.
• Age requirement: To enter the pool area, anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. To enter the gym, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Pool Heating: The pool is not heated.
TRASH
• Trash Collection: There is no trash collection at the apartments. Guests are responsible for ensuring proper disposal in the dumpsters located at the front of the community.
• Procedures: Trash must be deposited inside the dumpsters located upon entering the community. These dumpsters are situated immediately to the left, next to the pond, adjacent to the guest parking area, within the white vinyl fenced area. Loose trash is not permitted inside the dumpsters.
• Large item disposal: Large items and boxes must be broken down and placed inside trash bags or taken to the community dumpster.
• Hazardous Materials: Hazardous materials and sharp objects must be placed in separate protective containers, double bagged, and personally disposed of by residents in designated community areas.
PARKING
• Vehicles: Each apartment permits up to 2 vehicles, and all vehicles must have a valid registration.
• Parking Permits: Guests must display parking permits either on the dashboard or hanging from the rearview mirror at all times while parked on-site. Please note that vehicles without visible permits may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's responsibility and expense.
• No Permits on Arrival: If permits are not available upon arrival, guests must park in the designated guest parking area until permits are provided.
• Additional Parking: Overflow parking is available in the area north of the clubhouse.
DELIVERIES
• Permission: Deliveries of food and packages are allowed in the community.
• Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay. The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
• We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
• All guests over 18 years old must undergo a background check for stays longer than 31 days. There is a one-time fee of $100 per booking to cover all checks.
