This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter kit is provided:

-1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-1 roll of paper towels
-2 trash bags
-Dish sponge and detergent

-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)

No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Guests must follow resort trash guidelines and use designated dumpsters daily.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.

🔥 Pool Heating

-$35 per day (2-day minimum)
-Request 48 hours in advance
-Max temperature 95°F
-Attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets
-Spa can only be heated together with the pool
-May not perform efficiently in cold weather
-No refunds for weather-related performance issues
