A very nice place to stay! All team members were very respectful and gentle; Ronnia, especially, was very supportive, fast and easy to contact, and helped me with everything I needed (from towel changes, information about the hostel, shuttles to the parks...). It was great to meet people who were also enjoying the parks. It's close to the parks!
The space was clean all the time; they cleaned and organized every day!
The restaurant was not operating during my stay, and I did not use the shuttles as I felt it would shorten my time in the parks (but the service was still available).
The place is also within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, an amazing food truck plaza, and gift shops. Good public transportation is available nearby if needed.
