We vacation 2-3 times a year and this was probably the most welcoming, family friendly place. It was much more spacious than we expected, super clean, and had everything you needed for an extended stay. The game room was perfect for our groups down time. The host was very nice and helpful. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool but it was a good size for a small family. They have a playground for the littles, very close to stores and restaurants and just under an hour to the theme parks. Its perfect for a small group or will most definitely be spacious enough for a group of 10 without crowding. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future

I wasn't aware only one trash bag and paper goods (toilet) there wasn't a full roll for either had we known, we would have traveled with instead of having to standing long lines too purchase items... A very comfortable home with great spaces for a larger group to be able to spread out. It is very tastefully decorated and furnished. I loved that there was a place to play board games without being at the dining table and having to stop and clean it off before meals. The game room is awesome! The grandkids loved it! We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect for a family

We had a good and fun week at this home with our 3 girls. Pool was nice to come back to after a long day. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and a nice size fridge/freezer. Air conditioning kept up great. The game room was also nice and cool and a nice retreat. If we had to look for one of the girls, we knew to go there. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. The home wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, and that’s my only complaint. We didn’t want to have the same company come back in while all our things were there, so we just took care of it ourselves. Host was very professional and responsive. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

Felt like home

We loved staying here! The house was beautifully decorated and the themed rooms were so cute! Beds slept great and we loved having all the space especially three bathrooms. Our girls loved the game room! The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Jen responded quickly to all our messages. Definitely felt like home while we were there.

Way better than even expected!

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and spacious. Everything needed is there. Easy to get to grocery stores (Do NOT go to the local Walmart on Friday evening), and even with traffic, only 30-40 to the convention center. I would definitely stay again!

Great Disney/Universal home!

This house is amazing! The property owner has done a great job at organizing (and labeling) everything to make things so much easier in a foreign environment. The pool was very well kept up. We had a little issue with entering the house due to an internet outage (the key lock is a wireless touchpad connected to the internet) but I was informed before hand and the owner had great communication with me and made up for the fact we had a little trouble. There is a good bit of traffic getting to the Disney/Universal parks but the house made it completely worth it. Lots of space. Very nice. Definitely recommend!

Would Stay Again!

This home is spacious and clean and has everything we needed. Our group included only adults, but this would be a great home for a young family (or two!) because of the pool and game room and space to spread out. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

So wonderful we didn't want to leave!

This property was perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Roku TV in all the rooms. The game room was our favorite. We had so much fun playing pool and playing video games after our long days traveling around Florida. The pool was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was great to walk around. Sidewalks everywhere! We took advantage of a couple of the playgrounds in the area. The location is perfect for traveling between Orlando and Tampa areas. Lots of food options and grocery stores nearby. And the beds were soooo comfortable. Anytime I had a question the owner responded with in minutes. We would love to stay here again.

The home was in a very quiet neighborhood had greenery around the pool so it was private. We paid for the heat for the pool which was very nice. The house was clean the beds were super comfortable. Communication with host was super. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely awesome! The house was our favorite part of our Disney Vacay!

I took my 18-year-old son and my 9-year-old daughter on a Disney Vacay to celebrate his graduation and her birthday. This house was our favorite part! Hands down! For starters, this house is huge. Had we been a party of 10, everyone still would have had plenty of space to spread out. All the beds were super comfy and all of the bedrooms were simply but gorgeously decorated! There was ample storage space in the closets and plenty of deep drawers in each room to accommodate our clothing. My daughter adored her Moana bedroom. To say she absolutely loved it would be an understatement! And the toys kept her busy for several hours throughout our stay.. We didn’t use the Star Wars bedroom but the decor and wall paintings were exceptional as well! The game room had a great atmosphere about it! Countless hours was spent in there playing pool, foosball and multiplayer pinball every night. Only to be followed by a couple hours in the pool before bed - which never happened before 1 AM because we were having too much fun. The pool was sparkling and inviting. We stayed during the end of September and the pool was the perfect temperature throughout the day and throughout the night. We did not opt in for the pool heat because the cool pool was welcoming at night after the long hot days. And the cool blue pool light was a fun feature at night! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It was very clean, very well organized and labeled so we never had to hunt for anything. The bathrooms suffered no shortage of towels and washcloths. And as if there weren’t enough in the bathroom closet there were even more on the shelving over the washer and dryer (there were also plenty of pool towels). Oh, and did I mention the huge master bath soaker tub? Or how great it was after a long day in the parks? The other two tubs also could be considered soaker tubs since they were so deep. And the water pressure in all bathrooms was perfect. We had no issues with anything in the house. Everything worked as it should. And everything was remarkably clean throughout the entire house. I also personally appreciated all of the light switches being labeled throughout the house. We will definitely be planning another vacation to the area just to stay here again! The kids and myself would have been happy to not even leave the house, it was so fun and comfy!
