We had mixed feelings about this home and have many suggestions to provide to the host. Thank you for being welcoming to us in your home. It was extremely disappointing to come in to the home for Christmas near Disney and not have any type of decorations to make it festive for the Christmas holiday. (Especially when kids are involved.) As a host, it is misleading to indicate you have a heated pool, when it does not stay heated all the time. During the day it is heated, but it is also 78 -81 degrees outside during the day, so it is not necessary for the pool to be heated during the day, but when we went to use it at night time, it was cold. (Defeated the entire purpose of using the pool when it was intended and the reason we paid extra for this amenity.) Something else we have not experienced before is paying for a cleaning service and expected to remove the trash in the home. Shouldn't that be the expectation of what housekeeping does? When selecting this home it states you take pride in maintenance, but there was a pile of trash out back, near the screen door (Why wasn't this removed prior to us checking in?), there are ants upstairs in the bathroom, there is a tear in the comforter in master bedroom and it was covered by a sheet, as opposed to being replaced. In the master bedroom, the dressers/nightstands pleather peeling off. 1 towel per person. The lock battery at front door was almost dead. Poor lighting outside near front door and pool area. Thank you.
