This custom-designed resort home is the perfect spot for your Central Florida vacation. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, this spacious two-story home offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Enjoy the true Florida lifestyle with your own private open-air pool and spa. The garage has been transformed into a super fun games room featuring arcade games, while the loft movie theater provides an incredible entertainment space for the whole family.
Although guests do not have access to the Encore Resort waterpark, you can still enjoy the shops and restaurants at Encore Resort at Reunion.

Beautiful Home, Great Location.

The layout of this home was beautiful, and it was a big plus that every bedroom had its own bathroom—perfect for a larger group or family. It was spacious and accommodated us well, and the pool was a great feature that we all enjoyed. The kids especially loved spotting the little lizards in the backyard!That said, there are some important things future guests should be aware of. The home is in need of some updates. The air hockey table didn’t work properly—the puck kept getting stuck, so it couldn’t really be used. As soon as we entered the home, we saw a huge live roach in the kitchen. Later, there was another one found upstairs in a bathroom, which unfortunately confirmed what we had read in other reviews. The carpet was stained, some of the kids’ sheets had stains on them, and the washer had visible black mold around the inner rim. The complimentary soaps and detergents felt extremely low quality.With some attention to cleanliness and a few updates, this property could be a really great stay. Major plus is the distance from Disney. As it stands, it worked for our trip, but I’d recommend potential guests read reviews carefully before booking.

Great trip

Spent a wk with family (8) and the house was great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower and were a nice size (lots of hangers too). Even had 1 large bedroom/bath on the first floor, which was great for my mother. The kitchen and dining table was great, even had usable pans and utensils. Had a great movie theater room and game room.The pool and hot tub were important to us so we paid the extra fee to heat it. Luckily outside temps fell in the 70s most of the week so the pool felt nice. We did ask for late checkout on our last day, but didn't pay for pool heat that day and could tell the difference, plus weather that day was in the mid 60s. However, I'm a wuss to cold water so to a normal person, temp would have still been nice to them.Anytime I communicated with the property mgmt team, either by VRBO, email, phone or text. They always responded back right away. We even had an issue with the hockey table and they sent someone the next bus. day.The only cons I have:1. No grill on-site. However they said they can drop one off for an additional fee.2. Need a bigger patio table outside (only sits 4).3. Pool's a little small, but that seems normal for FL residents.4. Movie theater only sits 6, but we used 2 gaming chairs from game room, which were comfy too.5. There's a cool community waterpark with slides, etc. a block away, that would have been nice to have access too for the kids. Unfortunately, not available to us, but they let us knlet us thouproperty t

Roaches, broken washing machine, extremely loud renters all around

We found dead and live roaches inside the house. We contacted the property manager about the washing machine not working properly. I first maintenance request was canceled for no reason. Called back and apparently someone came and said it was fine. It was not. And we didnt know they showed because no one told us. Called again and they sent someone a couple days later that was not a washing machine technician. He couldnt do anything to help. So they called another technician to show up a few days later on the day before we left. We stayed for 2 weeks and the issue was just being taken seriously the day before we left. Washing machine technician said he needed to order parts. There was also the issue of the extremely loud and rude renters all throughout the neighborhood. Every night for the first week there were loud parties wirh people yelling and loud rap music next door and in houses down the street until 3:30 am. We had to play musical rooms to try to find a spot where we could try to sleep in peace. We called security and they said they would fix it but after they would leave the music and noise would just continue. Overall it was not the relaxing vacation that I envisioned. This is our first time renting a house and staying off disney property in Orlando and it is probably our last. We will be staying on Disney property moving forward for our vacations. They take guest experience very seriously. I will most definitely never ever use rent a villa and will let others know t

Great Home!!

The house was exactly as described. The game room was amazing!! The pool was a nice feature. The beds are so comfortable. Everything is only a couple miles away for shipping and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Definitely put this one in the "yes" pile!

We rented this house during the week of Thanksgiving for a family vacation to Disney/ Universal Studios. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, stocked with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and a great size! We had the perfect space for our party of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The game room was amazing and we all enjoyed some time in there. The location was close to the parks and only 1-2 miles away from restaurants and shopping. The only challenge (and reason that I couldn't give 5 stars all around) was the pool. The weather was scheduled to be fairly cool and rainy some days so I paid for pool heat. Unfortunately the pool never got really warm. The management company was great and sent someone out to look at it. The challenge was that it was the day before we were scheduled to leave so we never got to enjoy the pool. Other than that one issue, our stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Complicated check in

The house is absolutely as advertised and amazing. Nicely appropriated. Stupid comfortable beds and the double dishwasher was amazing. The curtains in the “movie” room were not properly attached.
