Amazing 5 Br/5 Villa with private spa pool 299

Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa in the Champions gate community. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Take a dip in the pool for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool/spa heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool/spa heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.
Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

Wonderful stay

The house is exactly as pictured! It is very beautiful and well kept! The onsite amenities are also nice. We would definitely stay again. There’s plenty of room in the home as well as plenty to do to keep all ages entertained.

A month’s stay

We booked this villa for the entire month of February 2025. The unit was clean and comfortable. Some issues arose during our stay but were addressed quickly. The pool must have a leak, every three days we had to call for a fill. There were not enough hand towels for each bathroom and the knives were very dull. We enjoyed our stay and the grounds. A map of the Champions Gates facility would be helpful.

Post Christmas visit

Property was very nice. Just a couple glitches/room for improvement. Travel crib was listed as amenity, but not secured. Requested, but no follow up communication. Provided our own. Electrical outlets in 4 of the bathrooms did not work. Very slow drain in front bathroom tub. Also, received check out instructions less than 2 hours before required check out time, otherwise, very nice, great location, beautiful house.

This house was perfect for our family and friends. Large house with lots of space for everyone and the pool was great! Family memories!!

We traveled to this house for my 60th birthday. My two daughters and their families met me there. We did Disney two days and had a hurricane for my birthday. It was great to celebrate 60 years at the happiest place on earth. Would recommend this house to anyone that needs to have plenty of room to do family things but also room to have your own time. My whole family gave this place to thumbs up from the smallest child to the oldest child!!

Beautiful Home

The home was immaculate and so beautifully decorated! It was the perfect set-up for our family of 5! With an open concept living room and kitchen and an additional loft, there was plenty of room to spend time together and then have personal space in the 5 bedrooms / bathrooms. We have already made plans to return in the future.

Amazing Epcot/SeaWorld Property

This property is as advertised - and amazing! Large, spacious, great sized rooms, tons of bathroom space, large open family space, great sleeping arrangements, private pool, and tons of amenities. We stayed here with 7 and there was plenty of room. The home is 25-35 minutes to Disney, which is just fine and it's an easy drive. We loved everything about this property and highly recommend it - either for a Disney vacation, or even a relaxing family vacation. With the amenities onsite, you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. Close to groceries, shops, and restaurants as well. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clarify some of the checkout instructions, and provide some basic kitchen items such as salt/pepper, etc. Other than these very minor items, we loved everything about this property.

Clean spacious comfortable property

A vacation to remember!

The champion gate area was a beautiful and relaxing estate, the villa was amazing with a very supportive hospitality management team, that made our two week stay very comfortable. Great House

This house is great. Very clean, great neighborhood and the property manager was very responsive. Main frustration is that the house doesn’t have many essentials, ie. salt and pepper and other basic things that are included in similar rentals. Publix is right down the street but you end up spending a lot of money on basics that you can’t take home when you’re flying. The rental also only had 5 beach towels so we had to purchase more of those as well. Would still rent again, but make sure I bring things like salt and beach towels in my luggage!

Relaxing stay.

We loved this beautifully decorated property, it had everything we needed, we had an issue the first day with the pool heat not working but they sent someone to fix the valve that was not working by the end of day so we were able to enjoy the swimming the rest of the week, we were able to Instacart whatever we needed with easy delivery to this home, if you are looking for the pool lights there is a knob on the inside of the house by the sliding door that operates them! We found the beds VERY firm, they were quick to respond to any communication on here, and there is a waterpark that is included down a few streets!
