We don’t charge any fees for parking or resort passes. If you’d like to use the onsite BBQ grill, there’s a $40 (plus tax) fee that covers gas and cleaning for your entire stay.

Pool and spa access are included with your booking. The pool and spa are heated with an additional $40 per day plus tax and must be purchased for the entire duration of the booking. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool and spa heating during your stay. Please note that pool heating may not be effective when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F.

Our home is often booked back-to-back, so we can’t usually accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare the property for the next guest. If the schedule allows, we may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out within three days of your arrival or departure for $40 per hour. Please note that unapproved late check-outs will result in a penalty fee.

After booking, please share the full names of all guests aged 18 and older so we can add everyone to the community gate access list.

This home is privately owned and not serviced like a hotel, but we do provide all linens and a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in. You’ll find:

(1) paper towel roll

(1) sponge and cleaning spray

(5) trash bags

Hand soap and dish soap

Coffee, creamer, and sugar

Vegetable oil, salt, and pepper

You’re welcome to restock any items you need during your stay.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking. Please note that the community does not permit Charter Buses, RVs, Trailers, Boats, Slingshots, Golf Carts, and Campers
