This 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath house in Solara Resort offers 2,998 square feet laid out so a group of fifteen never has to queue for anything. The King master suite sits on the ground floor with its own curbless walk-in shower, which is what grandparents ask about first, while the five bedrooms upstairs open off a family room that doubles as the game room, with a Marvel arcade cabinet, a gaming console and a large TV waiting for the hours between park days. Two of those rooms are themed for the kids: one wrapped in Mickey-head walls around a bunk bed, the other turned into Monsters Inc, right down to a closet door dressed as a scare door. Out back, the screened pool with its attached hot tub area and sun loungers is where the group lands at the end of a long day, and the covered lanai seats everyone for dinner outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped for the mornings you would rather cook here than drive somewhere, and the washer and dryer in the house mean you pack lighter and fly home with clean clothes.

Solara Resort is built around a Grand Clubhouse with a zero-entry pool, water slides and a splash pad for the little ones, plus a FlowRider surf simulator for anyone who wants to try standing on a board (separate fee). An ice cream parlor and a poolside bar handle the breaks, while a restaurant and a cafeteria cover the meals you would rather not cook. Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a full-size soccer field and a fitness center round out the grounds, all a short drive or golf cart ride from the house.

Parking is free for three vehicles.

Solara Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, 12 to 18 minutes by car from Walt Disney World and the Magic Kingdom area. Universal Orlando is 25 to 35 minutes, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 30 to 35 minutes, and a Walmart for groceries is 8 to 12 minutes away. Vineland Premium Outlets are 18 to 25 minutes. Inside the gates the atmosphere is family-oriented and active, with the clubhouse and the sports courts filling up in the late afternoon.
The house is a short drive from US-192 and I-4, which connect to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet malls without crossing town. Free on-site parking fits three vehicles between the garage and the paver driveway. A car is the practical way to move around Kissimmee, and rideshare services cover the area for the days you leave it parked.
