The Space

The main living area features an open-concept design with comfortable seating, natural light, and easy flow into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen — ideal for group meals and relaxing after a day at the parks.

A washer and dryer are available for your convenience (detergent not included).

Extra services
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.

Essential Starter Supplies
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essential items upon arrival. These are intended to cover your first night and initial needs.

Starter items include:
• Three trash bags
• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• Paper towels
• Dish soap
• Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap

Please note that additional supplies will be needed for the remainder of your stay, and we recommend bringing or purchasing any personal items according to your preferences.
