Welcome to your private retreat in Orlando at Windsor Island, where a spacious home, private pool, and full resort amenities come together to create a special stay for families and groups of up to 12 guests.

The home was designed to provide comfort and entertainment throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the parks to a relaxing dinner with the whole family. The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring, while the game area provides entertainment at home with a pool table and air hockey. The themed bedrooms add personality to the home and make the experience even more fun, especially for families traveling with children.

Outside, the private pool is the perfect place to enjoy Florida’s warm weather, cool off during the day, or relax after visiting the parks.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and game area. Guests can also enjoy the amenities at Windsor Island, including the resort-style pool, lazy river, waterslide, children’s aquatic area, fitness center, sports courts, and poolside bar and restaurant, always subject to the resort’s rules and conditions.

An initial starter kit is provided for the stay.

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pool heating is available for US$35 per day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A barbecue grill is available for US$85 per stay.
Pets are allowed upon request for US$50 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets weighing up to 15 kg each.

Your pet is very welcome! To help everyone enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that pets stay off beds, sofas, and carpets. We also appreciate your help in keeping the home clean and picking up after your pet. Thank you for treating our home with care!

House Rules:

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
The maximum occupancy of 12 guests must be respected.
