🚗Parking is available at the property's driveway and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse (Maximum of 4 Vehicles).
🚗There is a virtual gate guard that captures the vehicle, license plate, and driver arriving at the gate. When approximating the barrier, it will open automatically. If you require any assistance, please press pound on the keypad to be connected with the security operator. Pedestrians are supplied with a separate access opening.
🚗No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

🏊♀️Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

🐶Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $159+ taxes.
🐶We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.
BBQ PROPANE TANK✨
🔥The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.

🅿️A max of 04 cars are allowed to park in the community. You can park in the garage and on the driveway.
🅿️Vehicles exceeding the limit will not be permitted entry. You can park exceeding cars at Publix, at the intersection of Sand Mine Road and US Highway 27.
🚫Don't park on the street, grass, or block sidewalk; otherwise, your car will be towed.
