This two-story corner townhouse at ChampionsGate Resort covers 2,072 square feet and sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Kids choose between the Star Wars room, with a wall-size mural behind the beds, and the Mickey room, with black silhouettes across the wall and red bedspreads, while the adults take the two King suites. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space, and the sliding glass door leads to the screened deck, where a small private plunge pool cools down the end of a park day, with the outdoor table and the grill right beside it. For the day without parks, the Oasis Club is a three-minute walk away, with its lazy river and waterslide.

You have exclusive use of the entire townhouse: the five bedrooms, the four bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry and the screened deck with the private plunge pool, outdoor table and grill. Two owner's closets stay locked. Outdoor parking is free. Guests also have access to the Oasis Club, about a three-minute walk away: pools, lazy river with waterslide, splash zone, fitness center, game room and movie theater. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool heating is requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

ChampionsGate Resort is in Davenport, right off the I-4 exit on the Disney side of Orlando: a gated community of residential streets, golf courses and the Oasis Club water park. By car, Disney is 13 to 18 minutes away, Walmart 3 to 6, the Vineland outlets 18 to 25, Universal 25 to 32 and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 30 to 38 minutes.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and outdoor parking is free. The resort sits next to I-4, the highway that leads to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 miles away and Tampa International Airport about 70 miles.
