Vehicle limits apply per home: up to 3 vehicles for townhomes and 4-5 bedroom homes, up to 4 for 6-7 bedroom homes, and up to 5 for 8-9 bedroom homes (every guest vehicle counts toward the limit, even for short visits). Extra vehicles must be parked off-site.

Damage Waiver (Optional)

For a small, one-time, non-refundable fee, you can add extra protection against minor accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This option helps cover unexpected repair or replacement costs, so you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about small accidents.



Security Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned in full after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

🎉 No Parties or Large Gatherings — $150 fine; eviction possible with no refund.

🧳 Late Checkout — $150 charge past 10:00 AM without advance approval.

📷 Outdoor cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house. No indoor cameras are installed.
