Every bedroom has its own fun theme, the kitchen is fully stocked for feeding a crowd, and the beautifully decorated private pool and summer kitchen make afternoons a dream. High-speed internet keeps everyone connected, and Walt Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld are all just minutes away. Bring the crew!



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Paradiso Grande Resort – an amazing ten-bedroom, nine-bathroom house with high-speed internet and room for 26 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: ten spacious bedrooms, each with its own fun theme – there's a little something for everyone, from grandparents to the youngest cousins.

LIVING: a fully stocked kitchen made for feeding a crowd, generous dining and living areas, and a washer and dryer.

OUTDOORS: your very own beautifully decorated private pool plus a summer kitchen with gas grill – pool heating is available for an extra fee (please request at least 48 hours before arrival).

INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels and a welcome kit to get you started.

RESORT: registered guests can enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse with its resort-style pool, lazy river, game room and café.



LOCATION: in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets.



Grill: the gas grill is available for rent for a separate fee – please request it before arrival. Charcoal must not be used (it damages the grill and a fee will be charged), and guests are responsible for propane refills.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, summer kitchen, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. As registered guests of Paradiso Grande you also get to enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse's pool, lazy river, game room and café (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home.



The Neighborhood:

Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, with modern homes featuring private pools and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse offers resort-style amenities including a pool, lazy river, game room and café (fitness center currently not available). Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Premium Outlets and dozens of restaurants along International Drive and I-4 are all just minutes away. The community is gated for your privacy and peace of mind.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25–30 minutes by car, and I-4 and International Drive whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: The gas grill is available for rent for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Charcoal must not be used – it damages the grill and a fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for propane refills.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
