This 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome at Solara Resort offers 2,090 square feet laid out over two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor for grandparents or anyone who would rather skip the stairs. Open the door of the upstairs twin room and a Mickey and Minnie theme takes over: silver character-print wallpaper, illuminated Mickey and Minnie silhouettes above the beds, star-print bedding and blue LED lighting under each bed, so bedtime stops being a negotiation. Across the landing, the loft game room is wrapped in comic-book wallpaper with an EAT. SLEEP. GAME. wall graphic, a wall-mounted TV and a game console, which turns the hours between parks into their own attraction. Downstairs, the living and dining area opens into a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, and the screened pool deck sits right outside, with a shaded patio table for dinner in the open air and loungers for parents who prefer to watch from the side. The washer and dryer are inside the house, so you pack lighter and leave with clean clothes.

Solara Resort is a gated vacation community in Kissimmee, 12 to 18 minutes by car from Walt Disney World. Universal Orlando is 25 to 35 minutes away, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 30 to 35 minutes, and a Walmart sits 8 to 12 minutes out for groceries and essentials. Vineland Premium Outlets are 18 to 25 minutes away. The community is family-oriented and energetic, with controlled access and its own restaurant, bar and sports courts inside the gates.
The house sits a short drive from I-4 and the other main roads that connect the Disney parks, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlet malls, so park days start without detours.
