This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse in Le Reve gives a family of up to 9 about 1,752 square feet to spread out in, and the open ground floor is what makes long park days work: the kitchen island, the dining table set for eight and the living room sit in one continuous space, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation. Sliding doors open onto a screened deck where a private splash pool with a raised spillover wall and a built-in grill wait for the afternoon everyone decides to skip a park. Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms were decorated for the children, one around the Minions and one around the Avengers, which tends to settle the argument about who sleeps where before the bags are even open. The King and Queen rooms keep their own bathrooms for the adults, and the washer and dryer on the same floor mean you pack for four days instead of ten.

Le Reve is a residential vacation community in Kissimmee, less than 20 minutes by car from Walt Disney World and less than 25 minutes from Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
