This two-story townhome at Magic Village Yards covers 2,396 square feet and sleeps eight across four bedroom suites and 4.5 baths, a layout that works for two families or for grandparents, parents and kids travelling together: every bedroom has its own bathroom, so nobody waits for a shower before heading to the parks. Two suites have a King bed and two have a pair of Twin beds, each with its own TV. The living room rises to a double-height ceiling with tall windows, and the kitchen island with stools keeps whoever is cooking in the conversation. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered patio, where the outdoor table takes over dinner on the nights nobody wants a restaurant, and the balcony with two lounge chairs is the quiet corner once the parks close.

The townhome sits inside Magic Village Yards. The clubhouse and the resort recreation areas are not included in the stay: access to the club is optional and costs US$ 100 per day, paid directly to the club.

Parking is in the resort spaces right in front of the entrance. The clubhouse and the recreation areas of Magic Village are not included in the stay: access to the club is optional, for US$ 100 per day paid directly to the club.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole townhome belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at, and check-out is at 10 am.

Magic Village Yards is in Kissimmee, on the Disney side of Orlando, with rows of two-story townhomes set among lawns, palm trees and parking courts. By car, Disney is 8 to 12 minutes away, Walmart 5 to 8, the Vineland outlets 13 to 18, Universal 22 to 30 and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 28 to 32 minutes.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and the resort parking spaces sit right in front of the townhome. The resort connects to the main roads that link Kissimmee to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
