Only one designated parking space with the house number 17414. For one more vehicule please park in the area withinout number “First comes First serves” Avoid issues with the neighbors parking in the wrong number

• POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $ 30 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service. The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

▶ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

-To complete the reservation, guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement after booking. This is a simple form used for identification, occupancy verification, and house rules acknowledgment.

While a car is highly recommended for added convenience, the home provides one assigned parking space conveniently located directly outside the residence. Any additional vehicles can easily park in any unnumbered space within the vicinity.
