Summary:

A dragon-themed room, a Monsters-themed room and a game loft with arcade – bring the whole family! This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in the gated Windsor Cay Resort in Clermont sleeps 12, with a king suite, a first-floor bedroom, two more queen rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and your own private pool. Then head to the resort clubhouse for lazy-river and water-slide fun. Disney, Universal and the water parks are all a short drive away. Come make memories with us!



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Cay Resort – a spacious five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome with high-speed internet and room for 12.



SLEEPING: a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and two family rooms with a double bed plus a single bed each – perfect for kids and cousins. Four full bathrooms and a half bath keep mornings easy.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, comfortable living and dining areas, a game room for friendly competition, and a washer and dryer inside the home. We provide a welcome kit with basic home essentials to kick off your stay (it is not replenished, so please pick up any extra supplies you need).

OUTDOORS: your own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before check-in.

RESORT: Windsor Cay's clubhouse offers a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, poolside bar, fitness center and sports courts.



Please note: some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are still under construction.



LOCATION: a short drive to Walt Disney World, with Publix, restaurants and shops along US-192 and Highway 27 just minutes away.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to this amazing family vacation home and all its fantastic features! You'll have the entire 5-bedroom townhouse all to yourselves, including the private pool for splashing fun. Plus, you're welcome to use the game room for some friendly competition and entertainment. As guests of Windsor Cay Resort, you'll also have access to all of the resort's amenities (provided all guests are pre-registered), perfect for making your family vacation even more memorable. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas, this home is designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Clermont, your vacation home is perfectly positioned for family fun! You're a short drive from the magic of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making it easy to hop from park to park. For dining, you'll find a variety of options nearby, from casual eateries perfect for a quick bite to family-friendly restaurants for a leisurely meal. If you're looking for some retail therapy, plenty of shops are within easy reach. Additionally, the Windsor Cay Resort community boasts fantastic amenities. Embrace the convenience and create unforgettable memories during your family vacation!



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our family-friendly townhouse! Free parking is available right on the premises, making it easy to come and go as you please. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 35-45 minute drive away. You're also conveniently close to major roadways, such as US-192, providing quick access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. While public transport isn't the primary mode of travel in this area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you explore all the local attractions with ease.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



PLEASE NOTE: Some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are still under construction.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
