„The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people. The master bathroom in particular was very nice.Unfortunately, we experienced several "new rental" growing pains. The exterior photos were misleading, showing a BBQ that wasn't there (though it was not explicitly listed as an amenity), which disrupted some dinner plans. „Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made.“
