Located on the garden level of a secure, upscale residence, it offers direct access, via a key, to the magnificent Orient Bay beach, restaurants, shops, and water sports. Ideal for 4 people, it can accommodate up to 6. It is fully air conditioned and has high speed Wi Fi. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning.

You will find two spacious bedrooms with large closets, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. If there are more than 4 of you, you can use the sofa bed in the living room.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk in shower. One has a shower and sink, and the other has a shower, sink, and toilet. A guest toilet is also available. The kitchen opens onto the large double living room and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In the living room, you can enjoy the smart TV on the comfortable sofa.

On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy meals or drinks even in the rain, as it is equipped with rain curtains. The house has its own garden with direct access to the beautiful double swimming pool (a smaller one for children and a larger one).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. The accommodation is equipped with a water cistern, in case of water cut you will have a relay with the installation, so no water problem for you.
