Unser Meer Studio befindet sich in einem gepflegten und landschaftlich Residence Mont Vernon in Französisch Saint Martin, die auf der Nordseite der Orient Beach, der fĂŒr seine Kleidung Optional neben Club Orient bekannten befindet. Apartment befindet sich im ehemaligen Hotel Mont Vernon gelegen und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen eigenen großzĂŒgigen Terrasse mit bequemen Zugang zu einem der schönsten StrĂ€nde in der Welt (weniger als 2 min).
Neue A / C, KĂŒhlschrank, 2 Futons, Möbel, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle und vieles mehr. Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber komfortable Kingsize-Bett. Wonderfully quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay!

Apartment was well equipped, very comfortable in a quiet, safe location. Actually the unit looked exactly like the photo in the advertising, and was equipped exactly as stated. Everyone on the premise was helpful and very polite. My husband and I would return to redo this vacation experience. Although other buildings in this complex are still showing the wrath of Irma, The building we stayed had been spared. The views are lovely and the beach is a just a short walk down the paved steps. We found that a car is a must, or you would miss many beautiful sights The island offers, not to mention bakeries, Price Leader grocery, and some wonderful restaurants.

Kind of a surprise

The unit we rented was as described and well equipped. It only would have been nice to have a light in the living room. There was one on the pictures but not in the unit. We were not happy though to have to pay the cost to repair a shutter we only opened once as we were asked to do in the written instructions. The thing got stuck because we were not explained the proper working. As for the compound in which the unit is located - it would have been wiser to have warned us about the destruction as the result of hurricane Irma. I understand the reluctance and the problems, but I just think it would have been smarter to prepare renters for the devastation. Many of the units are in disrepair, the beach is barely reachable, the pool is gone, the reception area is bare and open to the elements, ... It might not have deterred us - we only would have been better prepared. Since we were on the island to meet up with sailing friends, we had a good time and didn't need the resort amenities. But for someone who expects a well maintained resort ... I hope the island will recover from this ordeal because the beaches and the water are beautiful and the atmosphere at the local bars and restaurants is very warm. The island is really worth a visit.

A dream vacation

The property was even more lovely than pictured. We were able to get food from the grocery store and cook/eat most meals in the condo. You do need a car, but it's very easy to get anywhere on the island. We felt very safe in Mont Vernon. The wifi was sufficient, but my husband was not able to do work he'd planned to do, so keep that in mind. The pizza restaurant on site was delicious. We also loved Orient Beach SO MUCH! We made a point to venture out to a fair number of other beaches, but Orient was by far the most beautiful. It gets more crowded further down, but near the Residence there is plenty of area to spread out. It's a safe, 15-20 minute walk down the beach to get to restaurants/bars. I will say that there was pretty much no nightlife after about 9:30, so you may have to go across the island to Simpson Bay if that's what you're looking for. This was our first time on the island, and we will definitely be back! We would 100% stay here again and have recommended it to all of our family/friends. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful anniversary spot!

Piece of Paradise on the Hillside

Hillside is right. Hillside means stronger legs for someone who needs exercise. Hillside means walk to the swimming pool and back up again. Hillside means better view, The Paradise is the view of the beach, the sound of the ocean in the distance, the Palm trees, beautiful Flowers, plants and butterflies. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and maintained. Vitality and his wife have made a very welcoming and comfortable place for their guests to stay. Cooking was simple and fun for us. We loved the privacy of his deck and our dining experience. Providing beach towels a plus. We didn't use the beach lounges and umbrella as our business was the priority. We appreciated having WiFi for our laptops and i phones surge protector an important feature as well as the lovely decor and above all the comfy beds. We had planned a longer stay than most and overpacked which became a problem to get to the parking lot located on a hill. Suggestions for guest arrival would be an airport pickup. Recommend Julia's Taxi Service. If there were any changes possible, it would be the roads to get to the place. Any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly.

Exactly as described

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Your property was exactly as described in your listing. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, we found that very helpful and an added bonus. We really enjoyed the location, it is a quick walk down the beach to many activities/beach restaurants. Mont Vernon is also convenient to Grand Case, which has many excellent dining options, we particularly enjoyed our dinners at the bbq Lolo's and at Le Soleil. Thank you for your prompt responses to any and all questions we had, that is much appreciated. If we return to St. Martin we will definitely keep you in mind.
