Disappointing stay

From the moment we entered the condo we knew we were doomed . The place was listed as a new condo! The place was in shambles! Broken down cabinets , broken toilet seat, old smelly furniture, rusted microwave, tv was not working , out of 30 nites More than 20 had no water till late morning .More disappointing was no help from VRBO. Spent many hours on the phone ! After being asked to send pictures the owner changed the toilet seat and microwave and tv. But for the rest nothing .moved out at my own expense on the 3rd week!

This was our first time staying in the Orient Bay Area. We have stayed in Simpson Bay and Divi Bay previously, and since our favorite beaches are on the French the side, decided to give it a try. The property at Mont Vernon was perfect for us. Nice patio with a great view of Orient Beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings taking in the beauty and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurants located in Orient Village, just a short drive. Bed was comfortable, shower worked perfectly, and air conditioning was nice (we even turned it off occasionally because it was so efficient.) WiFi worked perfectly. The walk down to Orient Beach was easy. Some hills on the property but nothing to worry about. Linda was great. She met us on our first day and provided the keys and helped us get settled in. Very friendly and helpful. There were 2 beach chairs and umbrella available, which we used for our beach days. Very convenient. Overall - great place for a couple needing a relaxing beach vacation. Room was very clean and in a great location. Would book this property again. Thanks Vitaliy and Linda!

Evidence of hurricane damage but good unit

The property was spotless and the view unsurpassed. Evidence of hurricane damage in other units and on property itself. Only drawback is steep hill must be traversed to parking lot, but it got easier every day.
