„The location was perfect. The guy at reception was great. Wifi was bad. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up. The other villas might’ve been different. The pool area and surrounds looked nice. Would’ve expected a little more for the price. They need to put a folder in the place that gives you basic information like you would get anywhere else.“

„The unit was a great spot to base our back to school shopping spree from. Nice spaces, clean rooms. The back deck area is wonderful! Lots of friendly local bird life stopped by to say g'day. The pool and hot tub were great after a big day out. Our only wish was for AC in the unit. “

„Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. “

„It was fine“

„We had a fantastic stay at the Gamekeeper’s Lodge. It was beautifully set out with lots of whimsical touches in every corner. Very comfortable bed and we loved the fireplace which had timber ready to light. Very good quality Aeosop bath products which created a feel of luxury. Convenient location to The Polish Place and not far from the IGA. Mark was very patient and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality. Loved the surrounding garden and Guinea fowl.“

„The good: obviously all of the major amenities are amazing. We used the pool, spa and pool table a lot. Comfortable beds and furniture. Large fridge for all your items. Feels pretty private in the swimming area. The home is older but the resort amenities are all there. Very close to shops for your grocery needs. The cons: incredibly long check in email. Like nothing I’ve ever seen before. And only available in email not the app. No toilet paper provided beyond what’s on the roller. And for what ...

„We had a magical weekend away in the countryside at Vikki’s property. It was clean, well-appointed and had all we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. It felt like a real break just sitting on the deck eating breakfast and lunch,admiring the beautifully kept garden and views of the valley beyond with the cows mooing on the nearby properties. Nightly star-gazing was a highlight! We look forward to returning to this gem of a place.“
