„The Excellent: Parking was ample, the office staff was excellent, place was clean, pool was large and indoor and warm. View from our room was AMAZING! PRIVATE beach that wasn't crowded and only accessible to those staying at the condos. The Good: The front room area and bedroom areas where larger than expected and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need to make a meal. Full sized appliances were great (except dishwasher). The not so good: neighbors above ...

„Als wir ankamen, roch es in der Familiensuite stark nach Gas und es waren mehrere Fenster offen, das war schon seltsam. Man war nicht bereit uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, erst zwei Reklamationen an der Rezeption und über 20 Minuten später kam dann jemand, der die Gaszufuhr zum Kamin abgestellt hat. Dass die Balkontür nicht zu verriegeln war, konnten wir selbst beheben.“

„The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. “

„Enjoyed our stay and love the view of the ocean. We had toddlers along with us and they enjoyed the swimming pool. Got to see some fireworks from the beach that beach goers were setting off, which looks great from our balcony. Would stay again.“

„Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate ...
