Located on the Pelješac peninsula opposite the island of Korcula, Villa Tajana is a stylish modern villa with a private swimming pool and games area. Ideally located on the slopes of the mountains, the villa is 1.5 km from the beach and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Orebic (2.8 km) has some nice beaches (including sandy beaches, a rarity in Croatia) and the area is ideal for activities like surfing and diving.

Villa Tajana (100 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed) and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with dining table and chairs).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning and TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds, air conditioning and TV) and one shared bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa features a garden with large terraces. By the villa, there is an outdoor relaxation and dining area (with comfortable outdoor seating and a dining table) and to one side of the villa, a swimming pool (42 sqm; depth 1.5m; open when the villa is available for rent) with a sunbathing terrace and a second dining area with a barbecue, kitchen, and dining table. You will also find a gaming area, perfect for basketball, volleyball and badminton, a trampoline and private parking onsite.
