Located in a charming vacation rental community in a very remote part of the US. Kane County has less than two people and two houses per square mile. The community partly managed by the Zion Ponderosa Resort where you have access to many amenities described above. And you can walk into Zion National Park from your home, or take a short shuttle from the Resort to the Observation Point Trailhead. The community also has several trails for you to discover that take you to nice vistas of Zion, including Checkerboard Mesa.

Pets are allowed, but dogs only due to guest allergies.
Cancellation Refund: All guest refunds are subject to a non-refundable (typically 3.5% of the total booking amount) payment processing fee. This fee is deducted from the total refund amount regardless of the cancellation timeline.

No shooting firearms or airguns on the property. There`s a beautiful free public range right outside Kanab.

No outdoor fires.

You may park an RV in the driveway, but may not stay in the RV or use hookups. If you would like to stay in your RV or use the hookups, please visit the front desk at the Zion Ponderosa Resort after you arrive.

Please note the home is on a small private rural sewer system. If anything besides toilet paper is flushed it causes the pipes to clog and the sewer main to burst, and such items shall not be flushed down the drain.
