Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a sleeping area.

The studio is composed as follows:
- 15 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, fondue machine, raclette machine, hotplates, etc., and a dining area.
- Sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture for sunny days

The studio is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
