„Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive ...

„I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt ...

The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it super convenient for both relaxation and dining out. The house itself was well appointed, spotless, quiet, good A/C, great TV apps and has nice outdoor space. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway.“

„This place was so cool. The host(s) could not of been more accommodating. The pet friendly beach is an easy (5) minute walk away. One of us is a very light sleeper so the master br a/c unit noise was a minor issue. “

„Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the unit doesn’t tell the story of how great the inside looks! We were pleasantly surprised at the remodeling on the inside and new appliances. We really enjoyed the space and comfort. Our family of 6 did great staying here. The view was fantastic and it was a quick little trail leading down to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys. Also, even though it was 4th of July weekend, we had a quiet little spot ...

„Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall“

„This is the cutest place! Clean, furnished well, great kitchen and the most unique TV set up I've ever seen. The location is perfect - just across the street from the river and a 3-4 mile long walking/biking trail. The sunrise photo was taken from the front door of my room (H). I highly recommend this place and will stay there again should I return to Sebastian.“

I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end.“

"Alles etwas abgewohnt, es riecht muffig feucht und die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut aber nachts konnte man den Deckenventilator anmachen damit man schlafen konnte, Preis Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht aber ich brauchte für die Nacht eine Unterkunft, mehr als eine Nacht wäre ich da nicht geblieben. Die Umgebung ist ganz schön, nah zum Strand und Restaurants und Bars sind nah und fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkplätze sind etwas klein für meinen Ram 2500, habe halt zwei blockieren müssen um das Heck von der Straße zu bekommen, hat aber auch niemanden gestört. "
