The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. „It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was ...

„The house was clean and it was a very pleasant experience “

„First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.“

„This house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Family friendly with games, high chair, pack and play, etc.Parking in a dedicated lot easy keypad lock in make coming and going a breeze. It is located on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.“

„Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.“

„Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again.“

„Superhost indeed! We had an issue with the front door code late at night and were hesitant to call the host because of the hour. To our surprise, he answered after just one ring and immediately helped us resolve the problem. Within minutes, we were able to get into the house. Excellent communication, quick response, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!“
