The Valerie Gardens is served by a split system air conditioner in the dining room. Keeping interior doors open allows the system to extend warmth or cooling through to the living room. Orange experiences genuine seasons — crisp winters and warm summers — so arriving a little early to bring the home to temperature is worthwhile.

Five light-filled bedrooms are spread across a well-considered single-storey layout, each furnished with built-in robes and a calm, settled feel. The kitchen and dining area offers generous bench space and a coffee pod machine for unhurried mornings, while the living room provides a comfortable spot to wind down in the evenings. Outside, the covered pergola and BBQ area is where groups naturally gather — the established garden surrounds the space and gives pets room to roam.



THE LOCATION:

The Valerie Gardens sits in a quiet cul-de-sac approximately three kilometres from the Orange CBD, with easy access to the town centre, the region's wine trails, and Towac Park Racecourse.



Some of Orange's best local dining is just minutes away — La Milano (5 mins), Byng St Local Store (5 mins), Peacock Room & Bela Vista Bar (5 mins), Hey Rosey wine bar (5 mins), and the Union Bank (6 mins). Several award-winning wineries are an easy drive: Phillip Shaw Wines (5 mins), Rowlee Wines (8 mins), Swinging Bridge (9 mins), and See Saw Wine (9 mins). Wentworth Golf Club is a three-minute drive, the Orange Aquatic Centre four minutes, and Towac Park Racecourse three minutes — making this a well-placed base for race day events. The Cadia Mine is 28 minutes from the home.

Pets are welcome at The Valerie Gardens at no additional charge. Your pet is welcome both inside and outside the home. Please ensure pets remain off all furniture, and that any droppings in the garden are collected before checkout.
