The location of the property was excellent and check in was great. But overall the condo itself was run down, pretty old and we had quite a few hiccups. We visit the Gulf quite frequently- all the way from gulf shores to Panama City Beach and this may have been one of the toughest visits. Here are a list of items we encountered. 1. Towels that were “ready for use” in the bathroom upon check in were wet. 2. Nasty stains on the couch, cushions and outdoor furniture. 3. Water took forever to get hot. 4. Extremely Ill equipped kitchen- if you didn’t bring anything to cook with, or Smallwares, or cookery- don’t plan on cooking, very minimal selection. 5. Sticky counters. 6. Smoke alarm that would go off in the middle of the night awaking everyone. 7. Very loud with kids and young children, we don’t mind this at all but it was overly loud after hours. 8. Multiple bulbs were out and not working which the lighting terrible and hard to work with in the living room and Laundry area. 9. People- assuming security knocking on our door repeatedly at 8am on Saturday to tell us we can’t leave our chairs at the front entrance area- which we never do but everyone had their belongings out the entire trip so we just followed suit. 10. Dirty pillow cases and sheets. 11. Kind of grungy, in need of a nice face lift and renovation. The price we paid did not match! A few positives- grill area was nice, beds were comfy and air worked decently. Having the washer and dryer was nice.
