BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We had a total of 13 people in our group. It was very spacious and had everything we wanted in a rental. Easy access to the beach. The pool was the kid’s favorite and the lazy river for us adults! We really liked the parking garage and the fact that there is security on the property. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed at this property late June 2021 and it was absolutely wonderful. The space was exceptionally clean upon arrival, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was conveniently close to several quality grocery stores and restaurants. The attached parking garage was very convenient, and was able to accomodate my large GMC 2500 truck which not all garages can do. The kitchen space is large and very nice, and the associated appliances are adequate. The kitchen is stocked from a cookware standpoint, but the quantity and diversity of the cookware is somewhat limited, especially if you are trying to cook a large meal for a large number of people. So if you are a larger group that likes to cook most of their own meals and eat-in while vacationing (as opposed to eating out at restaurants) I would advise you to bring some additional kitchen items to make it a little easier. In summary, we absolutely loved this property, and will almost certainly try to revisit soon.

I called the number for any questions and told them that the refrigerator has something spilled in the back of the refrigerator (which was really nasty) and no one ever came to clean the refrigerator. Beside that, everything was great!

Condo was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 16. We will be back!

This condo had everything we needed to keep 8 kids entertained and comfortable. The lazy river and pool were clean and not crowded at all. The access to the beach was so easy and it was the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Condo with a great Beach view and a dream kitchen

We all had a great time and the condo is as beautiful as the pics online! Only complaint was the mattress in the Master bedroom on right side (only shower with hand held showerhead) has a TERRIBLE MATTRESS. We could see the 2 droopy spots/"nests" in the bed even when it was still made with the lovely comforter. We came home with backaches from the bad mattress. But that is an easy fix by the owners and hope they do so ASAP. Also would love to see hand-held shower heads in all the showers.

Perfect penthouse

Property was very spacious with amazing top floor views. Great expansive kitchen that had plenty of equipment for our large group. Weather was very cold so didn’t get to enjoy the beach, but it was gorgeous! Indoor pool saved the trip for the kids and we had lots of fun at local arcades, bowling alley and go cart tracks. Grocery store, drug store and Starbucks across the street. Location was in between gulf shores and Pensacola ( airport). Overall great rental!
