This exquisite 12th-floor Gulf front corner condominium offers a front-row seat to the stunning Gulf vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see. Boasting two bedrooms and two baths, this condo provides a comfortable and inviting living space. The moment you step inside, the panoramic beach views and high ceilings take center stage, inviting you to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the Gulf. The interior is thoughtfully designed to make your stay comfortable. With a prime location and captivating beach views, this condominium offers a coastal lifestyle that's both serene and exhilarating.

This corner unit gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with large picture windows providing beautiful beach views. The master has a king sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. A second full bathroom is off the adjacent hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV's. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests (up to 7).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Whether you choose to dine in or dine out at one of the many local restaurants, you will have everything you need. There is a dining table in addition to counter seating for your convenience. The balcony also has a table and chairs for for more dining options.

Positioned 5 miles east of Highway 59 and 1.2 miles west of Highway 161, Tradewinds sits in the vibrant heart of Orange Beach, in close proximity to the multitude of entertainment, shopping, and dining options our area presents.

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Loved our stay

This is the third time we have stayed at Tradewinds in different condos and we really enjoyed our time in this unit. It was decorated very beachy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. We were blessed with the most beautiful weather. It’s a great location to all our favorite places to eat and go!

Amazing views and beach access!

We have stayed in vacation rentals from Dauphin Island, AL to Pensacola FL over the past 20 years. This condo has been our favorite! The corner location on the 12th of 13 floors was amazing!!! The windows had breathtaking views of the coast in every room! The pictures on the site do not do it justice! The beach access was an elevator ride down and a short walk through a key code gate to the sand. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was very quiet. We could not hear neighbors above us or beside us. The key code was nice, so you don’t need to worry about keys. The garbage chute on the same floor was also great, so you didn’t need to carry trash down an elevator. So, one thing you need to know is that this unit does not come with some basic supplies. The items outlined in the email are the only items provided. This is not a knock against them, but this is very bare bones if you plan to cook. They provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but it is one ply, so just bring your own. You will need more anyway. The provided supplies are outlined in the welcome email, but here are some suggestions for packing. Aluminum Foil Paper Towels Toilet Paper Coffee Filters(Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig Single Serve Coffee Makers are available) Cooking Spray Liquid Hand Soap Seasonings We will definitely stay here again!! This will be our go to for Orange Beach from now on!!

The condo itself was nice. View was wonderful! The check in process was horrible. Check in time was 4:00 p.m. We received a code to get in. The code did not work. Called and got 3 more codes. Did not work. It was then almost 5:00 p.m. They sent someone to fix the code who was helpful and fixed it.

Necessary reset

This was a first. Communication with Vacasa prior to arrival is difficult. Check in process smooth and able to get in the condo. Security understand you have to go to condo first to get parking pass, no need to put warning on vehicle. Orange Beach is fabulous. Much needed mother daughter trip We arrived and followed the instructions given. Very clear. All of the lights were unplugged, I had to plug back in. While doing this it became clear that this condo had not been cleaned thoroughly. I took pictures and sent to Vacasa, whom sent a text for cleanliness rating. There was trash in the corners where all the plugs were, baseboards were caked with dirt, under the bed in main bedroom was filthy caked in dust and trash. A picture sign of some man. There was cooked Ramen noodles beside the stove, could have been mistaken for worms, food in the dishwasher, dirty dishes in cabinet, trash in the drawers and cabinets and on the floor. Cigarette butts on the balcony and handprints all over the sliding door to balcony. The furniture brown and dirty on the arm rest of the chair and sofa. No rugs as pictured. Cabinet doors loose and heavily worn. Microwave handle broke. Needs work and deep cleaning. Cleaners came next AM, swept and mopped. Vacasa did not make us aware of this. They only apologized it was not clean. Nothing else. Disappointed in unit management. Great trip but will not choose this unit again. I hope the owners see the condition. Unable to load photos.

Very nice condo with superb views of the beach and gulf from the 12th floor.

This was a great property. Nice furniture, luxurious bedding, plenty of towels, and good water pressure in the shower. Having a second bathroom was a plus. We not only had a great view from the balcony, and nice views from both bedrooms. The only negative was that the dishes were not clean, so I had to wash them before we could use them. Couldn't wait to run a load in the dishwasher. Not a big deal. There is very easy access on to the beach. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. There is also plenty of free parking.
