Yikes!
So upon arriving at the property (Phoenix II) we were directed to building III for check-in. System went down in the middle of checking in and after roughly 20 minutes or so we were checked in. No guidance to which floor our condo was on so had to go back to building III to ask. Once in the condo there was visible mud on the cabinet doors and some kind of sauce/food stain caked to the floor in the living area. Couple of the cabinet doors hanging because hinges were tighented all the way. Went out the first night and brought a little leftovers back with us but found out the hard way the microwave in the unit did not work. Half the plug-ins work so be sure to watch out for that if they don't address it. Sent a message through the app bringing up all the issues we had seen and were having. I was told to speak to the building manager but the whole time we were in town there was no one at our desk in the lobby. Whomever I spoke with through messages finally responded after we had left town 2 days after my last message to them looking for the manager. They tell me that the person I need to speak with in person is in building III. None of this was told to us while we were in town. Since leaving I've called the property managers number and was told I would receieve a call back that day....that was Monday and I'm writing this review on Friday still without a word back from them. Really sad to spend this kind of money only to get what feels like bottom of the barrel service.
