This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.

Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.

The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:

- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.

- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.

- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.

- 2nd full bath off hallway.

The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.

Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each, if paid online in advance of your arrival. Otherwise, the passes are $65 if paid on the day of your arrival. A link to purchase the pass(s) in advance of your arrival will be sent to you. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.
