The 2nd bedroom also features a king sized bed and has a 32” wall mounted flatscreen TV. It has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds, 32” flatscreen TV, and it’s own full bathroom. There is also a 4th bathroom located off of the main hallway that includes a shower and full sized washer and dryer. Unit has Wi-Fi and satellite programming.

Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar with wine fridge and ice maker. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, flatware, dinnerware, etc. Wet bar is stocked with wine glasses, etc.

Open Living Room features a sectional with two side chairs and a 50” flatscreen TV. The floor to ceiling windows gives you the amazing view of the Gulf of America!!!!

Dining Room also has the beautiful view of the Gulf, a table that seats 6 with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Entryway has a keyless entry for the convenience of no keys!

This property has a large outdoor lazy river, water slide, pool, splash pad, tennis court, grills AND new adult pool, bar and restaurant. Inside you will find a heated pool along with hot tubs on the 1st floor. The 15th floor features a fitness room with beach views and there are 2 more hot tubs and saunas located on the 14th floor.

Parking pass will need to be purchased on 2nd floor at the HOA front desk for $60. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in a large fee. Up to 2 parking passes may be purchased. Here you will also pick up your guest bands at no charge. These bands will need to be wore while on property for access to amenities.
