Bait and switch!
I was told that this 3 bedroom which I rented had been updated and was very nice. The room was old and very outdated. We came with a group that stayed throughout the building. My son’s baseball team. Everyone that came into our room agreed that our place was only worth 1 star. Also, the A/C did not work very well and the doors to the laundry room in the hallway would fall off when you opened them. Tried 6 times to reach a Brett-Robinson rep. Finally on the 7th. try, 2nd day there, someone called me back to tell me the person in charge was off and she would try and see if a discount or moving to another unit was possible. Nothing happened from that phone call. We asked and paid to stay in one of the nicest 3 bedrooms in the building when we booked our reservation. Obviously, they will say anything on the phone to get your money. It’s just SAD.
